As a Data Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate leave entitlement records and producing reliable leave balance reports for our contractor workforce. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working with large datasets, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering clean, accurate data. While the scope is operational rather than complex analytics, your work will be critical to ensuring data integrity across the region.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Record and maintain contractor leave entitlements using data from contract documentation and internal sources.
• Extract, validate, and process leave-related data with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date leave balances and accrued leave records for contractors across multiple locations.
• Generate regular leave balance and accrual reports for internal use.
• Reconcile data between multiple sources and investigate discrepancies.
• Undertake ad-hoc data-related tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years’ experience in a data analyst, reporting, or data operations role.
• Strong experience working with large volumes of data and maintaining high data accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data validation, and reporting.
• Experience with data entry, reconciliation, and structured reporting.
• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and methodical in approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive, accuracy-focused tasks.
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a data-driven environment.
