Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for digital content? Join us as a Content Creator and help shape the voice of NES Fircroft – the world’s leading provider of engineering workforce solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a content-savvy professional to make an impact across global platforms, supporting our brand’s presence in the engineering, energy, power, chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. Reporting to the Group Communications Manager, you’ll create compelling multimedia content that positions us as thought leaders and engages our diverse audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creator: Craft engaging content across formats – including blogs, videos, and podcasts – tailored to our target sectors.
Collaborator: Work with teams across the business to understand audience needs and translate insights into impactful storytelling.
Content Marketer: Support email marketing campaigns with content input and help shape strategy to drive engagement.
Performance Tracker: Monitor content ROI using analytics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Brand Guardian: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual branding across all platforms.
Project Driver: Lead content projects from brief through to delivery, coaching colleagues and refining outputs along the way.


What We’re Looking For
Content Specialist: You have a proven background in content creation with a diverse portfolio that spans formats and channels.
CMS Confident: You’re experienced with content management systems and know how to optimise digital content.
Email Savvy: Comfortable working on email campaigns, with a grasp of best practices and tools.
Strong Communicator: You pride yourself on strong attention to detail, your writing, editing, and research skills are top-tier, and you can adapt tone for different audiences.
Video Editor: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Adobe Premiere – with solid video editing skills.
Fluent English Speaker: Native-level English skills are essential for this role.
