Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas

Location: Dubai

NES Fircroft is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team, focusing on the thriving Oil & Gas market.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute a business development strategy to grow our contract and managed recruitment solutions within the Upstream and Downstream sectors. By identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding NES Fircroft’s presence and impact in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Lead Identification: Proactively identify leads in the Oil & Gas market.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture client relationships, qualify opportunities, and engage regional teams for pitches and tender responses.
  • Driving BD Behaviors: Promote best practices in business development, mentoring recruitment teams to enhance lead generation and sales performance.
  • Strategic Activities: Lead high-impact business development initiatives, analyze market trends, and report on opportunities to expand the NES Fircroft brand and services.
  • Expanding into New Territories: Support business development initiatives as NES Fircroft grows its footprint in new markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to transition client relationships into successful, sustainable service delivery and account management.
  • Networking: Engage with NES Fircroft contractors to generate leads while ensuring their satisfaction and support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience with a recruitment agency or manpower company is essential.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in bids, tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies.
  • Relationship Building: A charismatic personality with a track record of cultivating and growing client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, methodical, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, yet capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for delivering compelling presentations.
  • Leadership Qualities: Ambitious and driven to build and manage teams or business units.
