Business Development Manager – Power & Renewables

Location: Riyadh

NES Fircroft is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Riyadh team, focusing on the Power & Renewables market.

In this role, you will create and execute business development strategies to grow our contract and managed recruitment solutions within the power and renewables sectors. You’ll engage with clients and key contractors, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. By aligning with recruitment managers and supporting marketing and event coordination efforts, you’ll be a key player in expanding NES Fircroft’s influence in the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Identification: Identify clients within target sectors and locations in the engineering market, with a focus on power and renewables.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, qualify opportunities, and coordinate sales pitches and tender responses with regional teams.
  • Driving Best Practices: Encourage business development behaviors and train recruitment teams to improve lead generation efforts.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead high-impact business development initiatives, report on market trends, and uncover opportunities to strengthen NES Fircroft’s brand.
  • Expanding Client Base: Support initiatives to bring in new clients and territories for NES Fircroft.
  • Team Collaboration: Transition client relationships into effective service delivery and account management alongside recruitment teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in business development, sales, and recruitment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in the engineering sector, with experience in recruitment or relevant industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Success in selling contractual solutions, strong negotiation skills, and a history of closing deals.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to proactive travel for client visits.
  • Detail-Oriented and Tenacious: Keen attention to detail and a consultative approach to business development.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments to align strategies and meet objectives.
  • Executive Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with company executives and discussing technical details.
