Business Development Manager – Evolve Scientific

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Evolve Scientific team in Sydney is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team, with a focus on the Life Sciences sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Market Engagement: Proactively identify and connect with clients in the power and renewables sectors across the region.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish, maintain and expand strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and contractors.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead business development campaigns in collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams.
- Revenue & Solution Delivery: Drive commercial success by offering tailored recruitment and workforce solutions.
- Territorial Expansion: Contribute to NES Fircroft’s growth by unlocking new markets and client opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: A Science Degree and at least 2 years experience in business development or sales - preferably within Life Sciences
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver value-driven client solutions.
- Business Insight: Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
- Team-Oriented Approach: Ability to work seamlessly across departments and geographies.
- Regional Flexibility: Willingness to travel and engage with clients throughout the Middle East.
- Professional Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
