NES Fircroft is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore, focused on expanding our Employer of Record (EOR) and Visa Services offering across Southeast Asia.
This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in technical workforce solutions and play a key role in helping organisations access and mobilise talent across borders through compliant employment and visa solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Business Growth - Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region, promoting NES Fircroft’s EOR and visa solutions to companies needing compliant international workforce support.
- Develop Strategic Client Relationships - Build strong relationships with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business stakeholders to understand their workforce challenges and provide tailored employment and mobility solutions.
- Promote EOR & Visa Solutions - Act as a subject matter advocate for NES Fircroft’s EOR and visa services, helping clients hire and mobilise talent quickly and compliantly across multiple jurisdictions.
- Consult with Clients on Workforce Strategy - Provide insight and guidance on international hiring, employment compliance, contractor management, and visa requirements across key markets in Asia Pacific.
- Collaborate with Global Teams - Work closely with NES Fircroft’s recruitment, mobility, and compliance teams across APAC and globally to deliver seamless workforce solutions to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within workforce solutions, recruitment, global mobility, or HR services
- Strong understanding of Employer of Record (EOR), contractor management, or visa/mobility services is highly desirable
- Proven track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-driven and commercially focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and international environment
- Experience working with clients across Southeast Asia or global markets is advantageous
