  • Technical grasp of Oil & Gas Industry. (Preferred from Staffing or Recruitment Firm)
  • Establish and Build Key Strategic client relationships through meetings and presentations, whilst identifying and progressing client leads.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for NES Global Talent
  • Regularly interacts with wider team to assess leads and generate or attend decision maker meetings with new client prospects.
  • Uses and helps to develop marketing material to promote NES offer.
  • Utilizing a variety of financial reports to support RM/OM/OD with the detail analysis of their sectors and to regularly highlight contractor run rates and numbers, perm GP against budget and team performance. Maintaining high levels of accuracy by reviewing contractor numbers on a monthly basis using DMCC reporting, starters and leaver logs and master contractor lists.
