As one of our largest global energy accounts continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to help drive its growth, performance and long‑term success.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major global account, strengthen senior stakeholder relationships and drive commercial growth while working closely with experienced recruitment teams and internal support functions.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Account Development & Revenue Growth: Grow the account by expanding service offerings, increasing contractor numbers, and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strategic Account Management: Act as a key point of contact on a major global energy account, supporting account strategy and contributing to quarterly business reviews with the Global Account Director.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, attending client and contractor meetings in the UK and internationally.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth mobilisation, onboarding and full compliance with NES Fircroft and client standards.
  • Service Delivery & Workforce Management: Manage mobilisation, demobilisation and ongoing oversight of the contingent workforce, ensuring safety, compliance and high service quality.
  • Commercial & SLA ManagementNegotiate rates and contractual terms, monitor profitability and SLA performance, and provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Operational Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with Commercial, Finance and Assignment Support teams to monitor activity, margins and delivery, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Market Insight & Continuous Improvement: Track industry trends, competitor activity and client developments to provide market insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
  • Account & Recruitment Experience: Proven background in account management, MSP or recruitment, ideally within a technical or energy environment.
  • Global & Multi‑Site Account Management: Experience managing large, multi‑site or global client accounts.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively at senior level.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Cultural Collaboration: Comfortable working with multicultural and remote teams.
  • Prioritisation & Pace: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Systems & Technology: Experience using VMS platforms or willingness to learn new systems.
