About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Account Manager to oversee two of our key accounts. The successful candidate will not only ensure smooth day-to-day account operations but also drive account growth by developing strong relationships with both clients and contractors. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment, can influence outcomes, and proactively identifies opportunities to expand our presence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Account Ace: Oversee day-to-day activities across key accounts, ensuring our recruitment team delivers top-tier talent that meets live requisitions and exceeds client expectations.
• Opportunity Hunter: Spot and develop new revenue streams across projects, business units, and regions to grow account value and drive business success.
• Referral Champion: Proactively seek out referral opportunities to boost contractor growth and support individual delivery goals.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with clients and contractors — becoming their go-to expert and trusted advisor.
• Delivery Driver: Support the recruitment team by sourcing leads, securing vacancies, and streamlining processes to enhance performance.
• Market Sharpening: Strengthen NES Fircroft’s competitive edge through smart competitor analysis, process improvements, and sharing best practices.
• Problem Solver: Liaise with internal teams to resolve payment and invoicing queries quickly and efficiently, keeping everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
• Excellent communication skills – you know how to build strong relationships.
• Detail-oriented and organized – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing & engaging personality – a natural at networking and connecting with people.
• Determination to succeed – goal-oriented with a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to multi-task – juggling priorities like a pro while producing top-notch outcomes.
