  • Competitive Salary
  • Breda, Netherlands
  • Permanent

Location: Breda, Netherlands

Are you people-oriented, highly organised, and enjoy being the central point of contact who keeps everything running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and where service, structure, and relationships matter more than sales targets? Then this role could be a great next step for you.

As an Account Executive within our team in Breda, you will act as the key liaison between our contractors, clients, and internal teams. This is a service-driven, administrative and relationship-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and ownership of processes rather than selling.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for active contractors
• Handle day-to-day questions regarding contracts, extensions, onboarding, assignments, and general support
• Conduct contractor onboarding meetings and guide them through internal processes
• Hold regular check-ins and evaluation meetings with contractors and clients
• Maintain bi-weekly client contact to build strong, sustainable relationships
• Identify needs, bottlenecks, risks, and extension opportunities
• Support contract extensions and related administrative processes
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, consultants, finance, payroll, and assignment support teams
• Ensure placements run smoothly and service quality remains high
• Accurately track and maintain information in internal systems
• Monitor contractor satisfaction throughout the full assignment lifecycle
• Participate in VCU audits and compliance processes
• Support office and team activities (organising team events, ordering lunches, arranging contractor gifts)
• Visit clients and contractors on site when required

What We’re Looking For

• Service-oriented and people-focused mindset
• Strong organisational skills — able to juggle many tasks and priorities at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment with deadlines and urgency
• Strong communication skills; not afraid to pick up the phone or address issues directly
• Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems
• Background in customer service, office management, administration, or relationship management
• Previous recruitment experience is not required (and not essential)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Enjoys working closely within a team and contributing to a positive office culture
