KindNES Activity as part as Belong
NES Fircroft has a charity foundation - KindNES Wins. Established in 2022, our Foundation aims to leverage our international scale to make a positive difference in the communities where we operate. Colleagues organise fundraising events and volunteer their time to support charities in their locality.
Most recently (and pictured below), our Americas teams joined our Global Steps Challenge and contributed to walking 60,000,000 steps, raising money for United Way.

Raising Awareness Initiatives
Earth Day
Our Houston office demonstrated their support for environmental protection with a series of activities on Earth Day. They were encouraged to wear green and make conscious decisions throughout the day to promote environmentally-friendly practices, such as; reducing paper waste and turning off conference room lights when they were not in use.
The team enjoyed delicious 'Dirt Puddings' and took part earth-themed mini games with prizes up for grabs!
Women's History Month
During Women's History Month, our Houston office showed their support for the charity Dress for Success through their 'Her Path Forward' Professional Clothing Event, digging in their closet for items to donate and support this great cause in helping advance equality.
Not only were dresses donated, but suits, blazers, shoes, and handbags! We were so pleased to help Dress for Success in their work to help women achieve economic independence.
Cancer Awareness & Support Day
Our Redbock office came together to support each other and talk about cancer awareness. The different types of cancer are often represented in different colours, so our team wore coloured clothing to the office to represent their own personal stories and experiences of cancer. It was an emotional, powerful and moving day as we supported each other and shared our experiences on such an important topic in a safe space together.
