Our recruitment process is designed to be simple and straightforward. We aim to identify and onboard the right talent while valuing everyone's time.
After a new job advertisement goes live, our talent acquisition experts review the submitted applications against the job requirements, and the most suitable candidates are selected for further screening.
The preselected candidates are then contacted for an introductory call. This conversation typically involves discussing the role and your experience. You'll also receive a copy of our recruitment booklet that provides more information about life at NES Fircroft.
If both parties are interested in progressing, you'll be added to the shortlist and invited to interview. If you're not shortlisted this time, our talent acquisition team will provide you with feedback and may suggest other suitable roles if appropriate.
Your first interview will usually be with the hiring manager and another team member. In some cases, this stage may be conducted over a video call.
You'll be asked about your skills and resume in more detail. Interviews can be a very nerve-wracking experience, but it's important to remember that this is your opportunity to gain an insight into what your working life might be like if you secure the position and your chance to impress.
After your interview, our talent acquisition team will contact you with feedback and confirm the next steps.
If your interview has gone well, you may be invited for a second interview or asked to complete a task. The task usually relates to the job role and assesses your practical skills and problem-solving ability.
You'll meet with one or two executive team members if you are invited to a second interview. This conversation is typically more in-depth and strategic, focusing on your long-term goals and fit within NES Fircroft's vision.
If you're successful, our talent acquisition team will contact you to offer you the position. This offer includes details about the role, compensation, benefits, and other relevant information.
If you have been unsuccessful, our talent acquisition team will provide you with feedback and may suggest other suitable roles if appropriate.
After you accept the offer, your references will be checked and you will receive a contract. This document formally outlines the terms of employment, which you'll be required to sign and return before starting your new role.
After the acceptance of the offer, the onboarding process begins.
This phase involves ensuring you have the necessary tools and resources ready for your start date and an introduction to NES Fircroft and your new team. The onboarding phase ensures you're prepared for your first week at work.
