As part of our Graduate Scheme, you'll join us for 3 months, with a view to becoming a permanent part of the team as a Recruitment Consultant after you've successfully finished the programme.
In your role, you'll be empowered to take control and drive your own area of the business. You'll need to demonstrate high-level initiative, business acumen and ambition to succeed. During your learning journey in the Graduate Scheme, you’ll be given the skills to be a successful Recruiter through on-the-job challenges, coaching, mentoring and formal training. You’ll receive unique and tailored feedback to help track your progress and steer your learning.

Although the application process may vary depending on the role or region you're applying to, typically most of our Graduate Scheme roles will follow a similar format.
Here's an overview of the process:
When you've found the role you'd like to apply for, click 'Apply' and submit your CV. This will then be reviewed by one of our Talent team.
If our Talent team feel your experience matches the basic criteria required for the role, you'll be invited to a video interview. This is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us a little better. We'll ask you some questions relating to the role requirements and it's a chance for you to ask us any questions too.
If you're successful following the first-stage video interview, you'll be invited to a Graduate Assessment Day which will be held in person. Here you'll meet other candidates and take part in a range of group tasks and short assessments so we can see how you work in a team, respond to different situations, and apply your skills to a range of activities.
If you're successful following the Assessment Day, you'll be offered a place on our Graduate Scheme! We'll send you the offer in writing and confirm all the details of the Scheme with you so you feel ready and prepared for joining us on your start date.
