What You’ll Be Doing 💼🎯:

• Candidate Champion: Act as the go-to person for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
• Collaboration Guru: Work with each department to fully understand their hiring needs and help find the perfect candidates to support our operations.
• Talent Connector: Reach out to top talent across the region, discussing our open roles and ensuring we find candidates who perfectly fit our teams.
• Business Developer: Generate new leads and contribute to growing our network of opportunities.
• Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with candidates, showing your understanding of the sector and market trends.
