We're looking for 2 x Solutions Data Analysts to join the team! The role will collect/process and analyze data on behalf of the NES Advantage brand using various analytics software.
Predominant focus will be on the MSP side of the business with scope to expand support to the wider NES business. Utilizing various data sources such as client Vendor management systems, the role will extract, transform and visualize data; turning it into information that internal and external stakeholders can use to inform business decisions.

In this role, you will be:
- Data Collection and Cleansing- Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Data Analysis and Interpretation- Use statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, correlations and anomalies.
- Data Visualisation and Reporting- Create dashboards, charts and reports to communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Business insights and Recommendations with the support of senior team members- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions and strategy with support from Senior analysts and analytics lead.
- Collaboration- Work with departments across the organisation and wider partners to understand data and reporting needs.
- Utilize programmatic and quantitative methods to identify patterns and relationships in large data sets, as well as apply mathematical, statistical, and other data-driven analysis to address intelligence questions.
- Analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions involving sales and customer performance.
- Staffing VMS configuration and reporting knowledge
- Working to SLA/KPI within a reporting setting.
- Business analysis with the help of several techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling, data mining.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level of creativity, adaptability and persistence to find the best solutions.
- Energetic, passionate and driven with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Problem solving and decision-making ability
- Delivery focused and not easily distracted
- Proven ability to work independently and with support to tight deadlines
- & Ideally/Preferably:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fieldglass Reporting experience.
- General knowledge of operational and support business processes in a recruitment company
- Experience of working within an MSP
