What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Charge: Spearhead recruitment projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia, driving talent acquisition with energy and flair.
• Team Builder: Collaborate with hiring managers to assemble high-performing teams, helping our organization grow and succeed.
• Creative Ads: Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top candidates through the best channels.
• Sourcing Pro: Source, screen, and identify the perfect candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors.
• Collaborative Partner: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and department leaders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Efficient Connector: Deliver shortlisted candidates and feedback to line managers on time to keep recruitment processes moving smoothly.
• Interview Organizer: Coordinate interviews, prepping candidates to ensure they shine in their meetings.
• Feedback Guru: Collect and communicate feedback from line managers to improve hiring decisions.
• Negotiation Specialist: Be the go-to contact for salary negotiations and offer discussions.
• Assessment Center Organizer: Help set up and manage assessment centers to evaluate recruitment professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sourcing Star: Proven experience in proactive candidate sourcing across Southeast Asia or similar markets.
• Recruitment Pro: At least 3+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or internal talent acquisition role.
• Communication Whiz: Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Independent & Efficient: Able to work independently, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and staying organized.
• Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire: Capable of thriving under pressure and handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Creative Thinker: Able to innovate and approach recruitment challenges with fresh, creative solutions.
