Senior Solutions Data Analyst

We're hiring a Senior Solutions Data Analyst. The role will collect/process and analyze data on behalf of the NES Advantage brand using various analytics software.

Predominant focus will be on the MSP side of the business with scope to expand support to the wider NES business. Utilising various data sources such as client Vendor management systems, the role will extract, transform and visualise data; turning it into information that internal and external stakeholders can use to inform business decisions.

In this role, you will be:

• Management responsibility- The role will be managing Data Analysts within the wider team.
• Data Collection and Cleansing- Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Data Analysis and Interpretation- Use statistical methods and analytical tool to identify trends, correlations and anomalies.
• Data Visualisation and Reporting- Create dashboards, charts ad reports to communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Business insights and Recommendations - Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions and strategy with support.
• Collaboration- Work with departments across the organisation and wider partners to understand data and reporting needs.

• Leadership and Management- The role will be responsible for a team of Data Analysts, so mentoring will form a key part of the role.
• Utilize programmatic and quantitative methods to identify patterns and relationships in large data sets, as well as apply mathematical, statistical, and other data-driven analysis to address intelligence questions.
• Analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions involving sales and customer performance.
• Staffing VMS configuration and reporting knowledge
• Working to SLA/KPI within a reporting setting
• Business analysis with the help of several techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling, data mining.
