In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business in the Oil, Gas, Chemicals, and Energy sector, managing the recruiting process, and delivering results for your clients, while also marketing and generating leads for new business opportunities.

This is an entrepreneurial position that offers full operational control of your own desk and client base. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results while maintaining high service standards in a full-cycle recruiting environment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  360- full cycle recruiter responsible for generating new business and recruiting positions.
  • Responsible for generating new business through leads, project chasing, following market activity in the news, and obtaining referrals from candidates and clients.
  • Sell retained search recruitment methodology and secure client’s commitment to partner exclusively with NES on recruited searches.
  • Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through phone, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Secure and attend client visits through video (Microsoft Teams/ Zoom) or face-to-face.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a permanent hire basis.
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates within specialized discipline and sector.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates within your specialized discipline and sector.
  • Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews to determine candidates’ qualifications and job requirements.
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Maintain balance of job orders and qualified candidates and manage multiple complexes selling opportunities.
  • Recruit and place positions secured through personal or team efforts.
  • Attend one (1) networking event a quarter, virtual or face-to-face.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Bachelors’ degree preferred.
  • 6+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred).
  • 360 full-cycle desk experience or previous sales experience required.
  • Outgoing and confident personality.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Ambitious and hungry to be successful.
