What You'll Be doing:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, evaluate, and place skilled technical professionals in contract roles.
- Creative Sourcing: Apply innovative methods to expand your candidate network and attract top-tier talent.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term connections with candidates to ensure a strong, reliable talent pipeline.
- Contractor Oversight: Manage contractor operations to deliver seamless and efficient service to clients.
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to NES Fircroft’s standards, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Business Growth: Drive new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and lead generation.
