Our Philippines team is expanding, and we’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us! Bring your passion, determination, and drive as you take charge of the full 360 recruitment process, from lead generation to client submission. What You’ll Be Doing:

• 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to securing placements.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize your expertise to source top candidates in technical engineering, energy, renewables, mining, or construction.
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside a close-knit team, sharing ideas and strategies for success.
• Career Progression: Take ownership of your career growth with clear pathways for development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment role within an agency setting in the Philippines.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or knowledge within energy, renewables, mining, or construction is a significant advantage.
• Personality: An outgoing, enthusiastic personality with the ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, think creatively, and solve problems effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ambition: Eager to learn, grow, and progress within your career.
