Senior - Principal Recruitment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring recruitment solutions that meet their specific Technology needs.
  • Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions across all of our specialized sectors.
  • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and build NES Fircroft’s reputation within your sector.
  • Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your experience to help them grow in their recruitment careers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Contract Recruitment Experience: At least 3+ years of contract recruitment experience in an agency setting.
  • Industry Experience: Proven expertise in Technology/Digital sectors, with a focus on contract placements.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships, with a solutions-oriented approach to recruitment.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
  • Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business Development: Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and growing client networks.
