What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻
Responsible for winning new business and clients within permanent recruitment.
Regular calls and contact with current contractor workforce / recently placed candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals.
Qualifies candidates in full and gains commitment on key items such as rate, salary, benefits and desired locations.
What We’re Looking For 🔍👀
4+ years of experience recruiting technical roles within Oil & Gas/Engineering.
Experience working independently to source vacancies and candidates.
xperience in Business development with new clients and account management with existing clients.
Good communication skills and must possess good relationship skills.
Proven track record of hitting and achieving targets consistently.
