What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients across various engineering sectors, providing tailored recruitment solutions for their WHSE needs.
• Market Leadership: Lead recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry trends to grow NES Fircroft’s presence.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, helping them grow and thrive in the recruitment field.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest, offering valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by actively seeking new clients and expanding NES Fircroft’s network within the sector.

What We’re Looking For 🔍👀:

• Experience: At least 3 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting, ideally with a focus on power or engineering roles.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to lead by example and provide coaching to junior consultants.
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Proactive & Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Solution-Oriented: A creative problem-solver who excels in finding solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
