Senior Recruitment Consultant

Our Philippines team is expanding! You'll be responsible for the full 360 process, from lead generation, candidate sourcing to client submission.

You'll be a great fit if you have/are:

• Experience recruiting across the local market in the Philippines, ideally technical engineering. 
• An ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter or salesperson who is looking to progress in their career.
• Proven capability within a full 360 recruitment position in an agency setting.
• A genuinely positive and outgoing personality.
• The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career.

To be considered you need:

• Experience in a 360 role as part of a recruitment agency locally.
• Previous experience or knowledge within the Energy, Renewables, Mining or Construction sectors is a huge advantage!
• Naturally able to develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
