You'll be a great fit if you have/are:

• Proven capability within a full 360 recruitment position in an agency setting.
• Experience recruiting across the local, Chemicals/Manufacturing/Engineering space in Jakarta. 
• A genuinely positive and outgoing personality.
• The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career.
• An ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter or salesperson who is looking to progress in their career.

To be considered you need:

• Experience in a 360 role as part of a recruitment agency locally.
• Previous experience or knowledge within the Chemicals sector.
• Naturally able to develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
