Are you a tech-savvy recruiter ready to elevate your career? Join NES Fircroft as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and take ownership of a fast-growing Technology desk in Perth. You’ll work with some of the most respected names in engineering, energy, and infrastructure, delivering cutting-edge talent solutions that fuel industry innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Client Relationship Management: Partner with clients across our established engineering portfolio to deliver tailored technology recruitment solutions that align with evolving project needs.
  • Technology-Focused Contract Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process for contract placements, from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement care, with a focus on in-demand tech roles.
  • Market Insight & Leadership: Stay plugged into tech and digital trends, advising clients and candidates with data-led insights and helping shape future workforce planning strategies.
  • Business Development: Tap into existing client networks while also identifying new business opportunities across technology, digital, and transformation verticals within engineering sectors.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture a high-calibre talent pool of technology professionals, ensuring a premium candidate experience at every stage.
  • Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your industry expertise while collaborating with peers across our global network.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in an agency setting, with a focus on tech or digital recruitment.
  • Industry Know-How: A solid understanding of the technology market and how it intersects with sectors like engineering, energy, or infrastructure.
  • Client-Focused: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
  • Driven & Independent: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team player who values open communication, collaboration, and collective success.
  • Business Development Acumen: Comfortable expanding client accounts and exploring new commercial opportunities.
