NES Fircroft is hiring across our Energy Teams in the US!

Successful candidates could be based in any of our UK offices for 12 months to understand the company, role, culture, market, and location of assignment before being relocated permanently to one of our exciting offices in Orlando, Houston, Chicago, or California*.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our teams in the US, supporting one of a variety of sectors within the Energy and Alternative Energies space.

We are looking for people who are:

• Individuals who hold a minimum of 4+ years’ experience, for a variety of roles!
• Looking to gain international experience to enhance career growth.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support the US business, until relocation.
• Experienced in delivering high-end results and building strong relationships!

To be considered individuals need to:

• Be personable with strong communication skills.
• Can work independently, have flexible hours, and prioritize your time efficiently.
• Be a team player.
• Staffing and Business Development experience
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience within the Recruitment Sector, either in a contract, business development, management, or perm background.
• Recruitment Experience in the Energy Sector is desirable.

Please note that this role is UK-based initially, and that starting employment will be conditional on the candidate’s right to work in the UK.
