Senior Recruitment Consultant

Our Jakarta Renewables team is expanding! You'll be responsible for the full 360 process, from lead generation, candidate sourcing to client submission. If you're excited by the Renewables sector, you're great at sales and with people, then we want to hear from you!

You'll be a great fit if you have/are:

• Proven capability within a full 360 recruitment position in an agency setting.
• A genuinely positive and outgoing personality.
• The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career.
• Experience recruiting across the local, Renewables market in Jakarta.
• An ambitious and enthusiastic recruiter or salesperson who is looking to progress in their career.

To be considered you need:

• Experience in a 360 role as part of a recruitment agency locally.
• Previous experience or knowledge within the Renewables sector.
• Naturally able to develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
