Senior Recruitment Consultant - Renewables

NES Fircroft is a global workforce solutions provider to the energy, engineering, and infrastructure industries. We are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Perth, Australia.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients in the booming Renewables space! This includes sourcing and engaging with candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients across an established & growing Renewables desk!
• Strong workflow 
• Source and engage with candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Ensure a smooth hiring process for clients and candidates
• Contribute to the growth and success of our business

You'll be a great fit if you have;

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the energy, engineering, or infrastructure industries
• Proven track record of success in managing recruitment processes and building client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
