About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you’ll take the lead in managing and optimizing OneStream—our enterprise financial platform—ensuring seamless operations, data integrity, and insightful reporting. You’ll collaborate with global finance teams, drive automation initiatives, and support strategic planning processes with precision and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • OneStream Leadership: Oversee daily administration of OneStream, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Forecast & Budget Cycles: Lead OneStream processes during forecasting and budgeting, collaborating with regional and group finance teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the primary contact for complex OneStream issues, providing expert-level support and driving system enhancements.
  • Ticketing Oversight: Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of issues when necessary.
  • Strategic Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc reports and executive dashboards, aligning insights with financial goals.
  • Financial Planning Support: Partner with finance teams to enhance Excel-based planning and analysis, identifying automation opportunities within OneStream.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality and control by working cross-functionally with IT and Finance.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to finance systems projects, including automation and integration of new technologies.
  • Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For?
  • Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance or equivalent accounting qualification from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 4–6 years in accounting, finance, or financial systems administration.
  • Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of VB/VB.net is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders globally.
  • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Strong prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive & Independent: A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently.
