Are you ready to play a pivotal role in managing one of NES’s largest global accounts? We’re looking for a proactive professional to drive innovation and uphold best practices within our account management team. In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of three Account Executives, setting a high standard by implementing new ideas, promoting continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service at every level. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the success of a major global account.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻
  • Manage Contractor Base: Develop strong relationships with contractors, support escalations, and retain talent through continuous engagement.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Marketing: Identify and attract top candidates through various channels such as job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  • Client and Candidate Relationships: Build credibility with candidates and clients by demonstrating sector knowledge and staying informed on market conditions affecting roles and rates.
  • Team Oversight and Performance Management: Guide and support the Account Team, ensuring adherence to KPIs, compliance requirements, and team development through regular reviews, training, and tailored management.
  • Account and Budget Management: Oversee account deliverables, manage budgets and objectives, and provide input on financial targets to meet organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Produce detailed reports on account performance and activity, tailored to client and internal stakeholder requirements, using tools like Bullhorn, Cube19, and client-specific metrics.
  • Client Review Meetings: Lead regular client review meetings (annual, quarterly, or monthly) to strengthen relationships and address account needs.
  • Service Improvements and Compliance: Drive service improvements, stay current on relevant legislation, and ensure compliance with NES Fircroft’s Code of Conduct and HSE policies.

What We’re Looking For 🎯
  • Account Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Account Management, with a track record of managing and maximizing account opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in working with senior stakeholders and effectively delivering on project objectives.
  • International and Sector Experience: Ideally has experience managing international accounts, particularly within the oil & gas sector or Middle East region.
  • Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth: Proven ability to expand account opportunities through cross-selling services, departments, and project volumes.
  • Sales and Target Achievement: Takes a hands-on approach to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Knowledge and Communication: Strong understanding of customer needs and business opportunities, maintained through regular account reviews and client communications.
  • Problem Resolution and Retention: Skilled in managing escalated client or contractor issues, ensuring client retention and consistent growth.
  • Contract Negotiation and VMS Tools: Proficient in negotiating contractual terms at a senior level and ideally experienced with the VMS tool Fieldglass.
