(Senior) 360 Sales and Recruitment Consultant

Are you ready to make a real impact in engineering recruitment? We're looking for a motivated (Senior) 360 Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join our exciting permanent recruitment division in engineering. We are flexible on sectors! You'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them with high-profile clients, while taking full operational responsibility for your desk and client relationships

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Business Development: Active sales activities to expand the NES Fircroft customer portfolio and develop relationships with existing customers
• Recruitment Pro: Implementation of recruitment projects in your area of specialisation - searching for and selecting candidates, conducting interviews
• Networking: Regular networking among candidates through regular video/f2f meetings
• Teamwork: knowledge sharing and support in the induction of new members

What we're looking for:

• Track Record: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or as a consultant with experience in sales and recruitment (360), ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Dynamic Personality: Determination, perseverance and consistency in action
• Proven Performer: Ability to listen, anticipate and take the initiative
• Driven Achiever: Independent, creative and goal-oriented
• Language Genius: Advanced written and spoken English
