What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻:

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the scientific sector, offering tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
• Recruitment Expertise: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top talent and placing candidates into high-impact roles.
• Market Leadership: Position yourself as an industry expert, providing insights into scientific trends and recruitment strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment strategy and process.
• Business Development: Drive new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to build a pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Mentorship: Share your knowledge and experience with junior consultants, guiding and supporting their growth within the company.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For 🔍👀:

• Scientific Knowledge: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
• Proven Experience: At least 5 years of recruitment experience within the scientific sector, with a track record of successfully placing candidates and driving client relationships.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of the scientific research methodologies, techniques, and the recruitment landscape in Singapore and the wider region.
• Business Development: A natural ability to generate new business and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
• Mentorship: Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior team members, providing coaching and support as needed.
• Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver optimal recruitment solutions.
