What You’ll Be Doing:
Are you a skilled and experienced Migration Agent looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our team! With this exciting newly created position, you can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane! If you have a Law Degree and are passionate about helping navigate Australia’s complex immigration system, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert advice and support to clients regarding their visa options, migration pathways, and immigration requirements.
- Overseeing and managing the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- Staying up to date with changes in Australian immigration law and ensuring all advice and applications meet legal standards.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering guidance throughout the entire migration process.
- Handling complex immigration cases and ensuring timely processing of applications.
- Must be a registered migration agent in Australia.
- You must hold a Law Degree, providing a strong foundation in understanding immigration law and compliance.
- A deep understanding of Australian immigration laws, visas, and policies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Able to provide creative solutions to complex migration issues.
