What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Innovate & Improve: Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and key partners.

• Industry Insight: Stay ahead of scientific trends and advancements to contribute to strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Scientific Knowledge: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
• Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in a scientific research and recruitment environment, with a track record of success.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of scientific research methodologies and techniques.
• Project Management: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively.
• Team Builder: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence.
• Communication Pro: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
