What You’ll Be Doing:

• Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, from initial conversations to strategic partnerships.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and secure top talent to meet our client’s needs in the renewables sector.
• Industry Leadership: Lead the development of recruitment strategies to expand our client base and network.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Support and guide junior team members, helping to shape their careers.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to the industry’s evolution.
• Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and promote NES Fircroft’s services to potential clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience in an agency setting, ideally within renewables, energy, or construction.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable working independently.
• Solution-Oriented: A creative problem-solver who excels in overcoming challenges.
• Passion for Renewables: A strong interest in the renewables sector or related industries.
