- End-to-End Recruitment: Identify, engage, and place top technical talent in contract roles across the renewables sector.
- Innovative Sourcing: Use creative strategies and tools to grow your candidate network and attract high-calibre professionals.
- Candidate Engagement: Build lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong and dependable talent pipeline.
- Contractor Management: Oversee contractor performance and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Quality: Uphold NES Fircroft’s standards while ensuring full compliance with local laws and client-specific policies.
- Business Development: Uncover new opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation to grow your desk.
- Process Excellence: Manage job postings and candidate pipelines with precision, speed, and attention to detail.

- Contract Recruitment Pro: You have a solid track record in contract recruitment, ideally within technical or engineering domains.
- Cross-Border Experience: You’re comfortable navigating international recruitment, particularly across European markets
- Renewable Industry Insight: Experience in or exposure to recruitment within the off-shore wind or clean energy sector is a strong advantage.
