• Client Partner: Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Project Manager: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
• Compliance Champion: Maintain high standards of compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Business Developer: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market insight.
• Workflow Juggler: Manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines with efficiency and precision.
