Recruitment Consultant - Life Science

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for clinical roles, sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates in key positions across the sectors.
• Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, using your expertise to deliver valuable insights and tailored recruitment strategies for clients and candidates.
• Candidate Management: Source and engage with high-quality candidates, building a strong talent pool and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment Experience: At least 3+ years of recruitment experience, agency setting is preferrable. Permanent recruitment experience will also be considered.
• Industry Experience: Proven expertise in Life Science, especially clinical roles.
• Self-Starter: Motivated and driven, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset, ready to support the wider team and contribute to collective success.
• Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
