About the Role: Step into the dynamic world of finance as a Receivables Analyst at NES Fircroft. Be at the heart of our regional financial operations, ensuring precision and compliance in financial processes, control, and reporting. With opportunities to manage reconciliation tasks, collaborate with payroll and invoicing teams, and support credit control, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Reconciliation Tasks: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, ensuring AR hygiene.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues within the reconciliation process in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and invoicing teams to understand client processes and improve reconciliation accuracy.
  • Account Management: Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately and efficiently on a timely basis.
  • Error Resolution: Escalate and work closely with invoicing/payroll teams to resolve errors promptly.
  • Ledger Management: Send out weekly ledger details of accounts to credit control for debt management.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively develop processes and procedures that improve quality and accuracy.
  • Team Support: Provide cross-training and support to team members, maintaining SOPs for the reconciliation process.
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support reconciliation tasks.

 

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experienced Candidates: Candidates with a minimum of 2.5 years of corporate experience are also eligible.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Advanced Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and confidence.
  • Availability: Immediate joining preferred; experienced candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period are acceptable.
