As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be responsible for establishing new business relationships, leading the recruitment process, and delivering exceptional results across Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power Generation, Renewables, and Energy sectors. This entrepreneurial role gives you full operational ownership of your desk, clients, and career progression, perfect for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Recruiting Top Talent: Source, interview, evaluate, and place technical professionals in permanent positions across specialized disciplines within Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Power Generation, and Renewables.
Generating New Business: Drive new business development through leads, referrals, market research, and project tracking.
Creative Sourcing: Employ innovative sourcing strategies to expand your talent pool and attract qualified candidates.
Building Relationships: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and maintain strong, long-term connections with candidates and clients.
Providing Career Guidance: Maintain consistent communication and offer career advice to candidates throughout the process.
Ensuring Quality Service: Balance job orders and candidate pipelines while managing multiple complex opportunities effectively.
Account Management: Manage new and existing client accounts, including organizing and attending client visits.
Promoting Retained Search: Advocate for retained search recruitment methods, securing exclusive client partnerships.
Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with NES Fircroft’s quality standards, local legislation, and client-specific requirements.
Strategic Client Relationships: Develop and maintain key client relationships through phone and face-to-face meetings.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Team Support: Assist with mentoring and training team members, sharing best practices and improving productivity.


What We’re Looking For:
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil, Gas, or Energy sectors.
Recruitment Expertise: At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably agency-based.
Business Acumen: Proven ability in 360 recruitment or business-to-business sales.
Outgoing Personality: Confident, personable, and skilled at relationship-building.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ambitious and Driven: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and hungry for success.
Team Player: Collaborative but capable of working independently.
