What You'll Be Doing

• Build and grow a high-performing recruitment desk, developing lasting partnerships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking, market intelligence, referrals and targeted client engagement.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering an outstanding experience from initial brief and sourcing through to negotiation, placement and ongoing relationship management.
• Become a trusted adviser to clients by understanding their workforce challenges, business objectives and future talent needs.
• Build strong networks of specialist talent and create relationships that extend well beyond an individual placement.
• Develop deep expertise in your market, staying ahead of hiring trends, talent movements, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Take ownership of commercial performance and contribute directly to the continued growth of the Sydney business.

What We're Looking For

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a strong track record of managing and growing a successful recruitment desk.
• A commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for business development, relationship building and identifying new opportunities.
• Confidence engaging with clients at different levels and the credibility to develop trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, including sourcing, candidate management, negotiation and successful delivery.
• An ability to understand your market and use insight, relationships and commercial awareness to stay ahead of opportunities.
• A proactive and resilient approach, with the drive to take ownership of your performance and deliver results.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, combined with a professional, consultative and engaging style.
