We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining business intelligence solutions with a strong focus on workforce analytics, recruiter performance, client KPIs, and candidate funnel tracking. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both data analytics and the staffing industry landscape.
 
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to staffing operations, including recruiting performance, placement metrics, time-to-fill, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (recruiters, account managers, executives) to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources such as ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Fieldglass), HR systems, and third-party job boards.
  • Maintain data models, DAX queries, and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Monitor Power BI service usage and performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis requests and deliver insights to drive operational and strategic improvements.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with internal and industry standards.
 

To be successful, you'll need:
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Understanding of staffing KPIs such as submittals, placements, fill ratios, and turnover rates.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or staffing CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Knowledge of Excel VBA, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification is desirable
