Why This Role Stands Out
As an MSP Programme Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring service excellence across jurisdictions. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier tools and suppliers and contribute to the success of global energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee temporary recruitment requests
- Conduct vacancy qualification meetings, brief third-party suppliers, and screen CVs
- Schedule interviews, manage onboarding, and oversee contractor lifecycle
- Maintain performance data on recruitment agencies and hiring manager needs
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and resolve local issues with clients and agencies
- Conduct resource planning and use market data to optimize recruitment costs
- Provide statistical analysis and support as needed
- Work across multiple jurisdictions, adapting to local laws and cultural practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial sectors
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience with VMS, ATS, and ideally SAP Workday or Fieldglass
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
- Proven success in staffing, vendor management, and client engagement
