The primary responsibility of the Market Research Analyst is to assist the Market Research team by producing valuable written content that supports the design, implementation, and reporting of global and industry-specific sales strategies, projects, and initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct in-depth research into clients, industries, projects, and competitors to support intelligent diversification and sales strategies.
  • Produce insightful written content on prospective clients, industry sectors, and trends, while managing monthly/quarterly reports and newsletters.
  • Leverage datasets, reports, publications, and online resources to create targeted prospect lists and project maps aligned with business goals.
  • Identify key decision-makers, hiring managers, and influencers, gathering detailed contact information for outreach.
  • Develop and execute lead generation tools, initiatives, and campaigns to deliver high-quality leads.
  • Analyze data points to combine client and market insights into actionable intelligence for sales planning.

  • A creative thinker with the ability to present unique perspectives and approaches.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify and communicate industry trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and clarity in all outputs.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable under pressure, motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to build and maintain international relationships while also working autonomously.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a research or content writing role.
  • Knowledge of energy sectors, markets, and companies is highly desirable.
