Role Objective: Providing professional support services to the MSP team and Legal Director - Global Accounts, including analyzing and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Legal Support: Providing legal support services to Legal Director - Global Accounts and existing MSP Legal team members.
  • Compliance Review: Review a wide range of Service Provider legal compliance documents, maintaining legal best practice with regard to managing risk in the supply chain through regular and thorough auditing of Service Providers.
  • Document Production: Producing country-specific agreements, amendments, and documents using set templates provided by Legal Manager - MSP or Legal Team Lead - MSP, to meet local requirements, liaising with internal/external stakeholders as required.
  • Reporting: Using existing document management systems to produce reports as required by the business.
  • Expertise Application: Uses commercial and legal expertise to assess compliance document submissions.

  • Judgement Application: Applies own judgement and criteria to adapt previous recommendations or experience in the light of the current circumstance.
  • Additional Duties: Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs.

Essential Criteria
  • Law Graduate: Law Graduate.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience.
  • Research Skills: Legal research skills.
  • Contract Law: Excellent knowledge of contract law and ability to understand international legal concepts.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Conversant with database systems (e.g., SharePoint or similar) and Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Data Gathering: Experience administering key activities within a demanding environment and gathering data from multiple systems and sources.
  • Analytical Skills: High level of analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
  • Independent Work: Must be able to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members.

Desirable Criteria
  • Smartsheets: Experience of working with Smartsheets.
  • SharePoint: Experience of working with SharePoint.
  • Auditing Experience: Previous experience in an auditing role.
  • Foreign Language Documents: Experience of using tools to analyse foreign language documents.
