Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey? We're on the lookout for a motivated Junior Contractor Liaison to join our team and provide outstanding customer care to our contractors in Egypt!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for contractors across different accounts, sorting out any issues and making sure they get top-notch service.
- Team Player: Work with various internal teams to handle account stuff, and team up with the Operations Manager for trickier issues.
- Check-in Calls: Make regular check-in calls with contractors and potential candidates to keep everyone updated and happy.
- Onboarding Buddy: Help coordinate the onboarding process, working closely with candidates and the Assignment support team to ensure a smooth start.
- Timesheet Guru: Keep an eye on contractor timesheets to make sure everything is running smoothly.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Learn the skills to build and grow your own business.
