8 to 10 years' experience in HR operations.
Good understanding of the principles of good HR practice
Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and government relations.
Good knowledge of Saudi government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, QIWA etc.

As an HR Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in delivering solutions across a range of HR functions. In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all HR operational matters, guiding everything from the offer stage through to the full employment lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advising on policies, procedures, and employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Support the execution of all HR and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
- Support with employee confidential issues as they arise, providing feedback to the Group HR team wherever appropriate.
