What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop our finance team, finding ways to make them more efficient and effective.
• Ensure Control: Maintain excellent financial control across Indonesia, including balance sheet management and tax compliance.
• Handle Reporting: Take charge of all financial reporting, from P&L to balance sheets and statutory reports.
• Manage Working Capital: Oversee invoicing, cash management, and local banking to keep our working capital in check.
• Oversee Payroll: Ensure our contractor payroll processes are smooth and up to standard.
• Budget and Forecast: Manage budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly forecasts to support our business needs.
• Support Business Growth: Provide financial insights for pricing, bids, tenders, and review client contracts.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have solid experience in financial management and control.
• Are skilled in reporting, budgeting, and managing working capital.
• Have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and compliance.
• Enjoy mentoring a team and improving financial processes.
• Are detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
