Finance System Analyst - OneStream

OneStream Administration: Assist with daily OneStream system activities, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues promptly. 

Forecast & Budget Support: Play a vital role during the forecasting and budgeting cycles, ensuring that OneStream is ready for critical processes. 

Technical Support: Provide system maintenance and technical support to both regional teams and group finance, ensuring OneStream is running optimally. 

Ticket Management: Handle incoming system issues via the ticketing system, escalating to the Head of OneStream when required. 

Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate reports as requested by the Head of OneStream, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals. 

Financial Planning Support: Assist finance teams with Excel-based financial planning and analysis, while identifying opportunities for automating tasks in OneStream. 

Data Integrity & Analytics: Ensure the integrity of transactional finance data, working closely with IT and Finance to build robust data control processes. 

Systems Projects: Get involved in Finance Systems projects, focusing on automating processes and integrating new back-office technology to improve efficiency. 

Education: Graduate/MBA in Finance or an equivalent accounting qualification from a recognized university. 

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or system administration would be an advantage. 

Excel Expert: Advanced Excel skills are essential for financial analysis, planning, and reporting. 

Technical Know-How: Knowledge of VB/VB.net would be a plus to enhance automation and system integration efforts. 

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels across the global organization. 

Deadline-Driven: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Proactive Problem Solver: A "can-do" attitude and the initiative to address tasks and challenges as they arise.
